Review: Printkey-Pro is an application which you can use to take snapshots from your screen. Once you install the tool, you will be able to access it from the system tray only. So, you can capture the entire screen or a rectangular area. Furthermore, you can enable automatic saves, direct printing and suspend, as well as reset settings to their default values and exit the program. When you take a snapshot, you can save it (e.g. JPG, TIF, PNG, BMP), send it via email and refresh the screen. Furthermore, you can resize or rotate the image and apply various effects (e.g. grayscale, invert, brightness, contrast), as well as open a standard or advanced picture editing window. In addition, you can use the undo function, change the view (e.g. normal, fit to window), set the quality filter, enable Printkey-Pro to automatically copy to clipboard, include the cursor in the snapshot and enter footer text, and more. The program takes up a low-to-moderate amount of system resources, includes a well-drawn help file with images for newbies and didn freeze, crash or pop up errors during our tests. We haven come across any issues Overall, Printkey-Pro could improve its interface and include more features (such as giving you the possibility of capturing the active window) but, even so, the tool can be easily used by any level and we recommend it.
