The interface of the program may appear a little cluttered at first, but SuperEZ Wave Editor is actually simple to use, especially if you have some basic experience in audio editing tools. You can import audio tracks from file or disc by using either the file browser or the drag and drop method. So, you can cut and copy a selection, trim the start or end of the audio file, as well as crop, repeat, insert silence or another file. In addition, you can apply several effects which include echo, vibrato, amplify, fade, compressor, envelope, chorus, reverb, flanger, pitch change and noise reduction. The interface of the program is based on a wizard in which you have to follow three steps to complete a project. The image and sound quality is well kept in the output files. No errors have popped up during our tests and Aurora DVD Copy didn freeze or crash. All in all, Aurora DVD Copy is a very good tool for DVD backups but it doesn offer enough options. For example, you cannot select separate chapters to copy. Also, the demo version is severely limited. Nevertheless, we recommend this app to users of all levels.

After installation, the application places an icon in the System Tray which gives you the power to modify its settings on the go, but also open the main interface of the app. Basically, Desktop Icon Toy has dedicated options to change the hover effect and enable a so-called ?dancing icon?, but also to switch to a different icon size and animation. But whats the most impressive is definitely the ?Layout? tool. You can thus pick from one of the built-in layouts, be they clock, heart, spiral or pentagon, and arrange the icons on the desktop according to the shape you select. Review: Tray Commander is a small yet powerful program launcher that stays in System Tray and allows you to load the apps on your computer with just one click. The application shows different menus for left and right clicks and it lets you configure both of them with your very own programs, websites or actions. For example, besides launching an installed app, Tray Commander gives you the option to open or close the CD tray, access control panel, paste text from clipboard, launch screensaver, turn off the monitor, reboot computer or power off, all from the same Tray icon we were talking about. Another very important thing about Tray Commander is that it comes with hotkey support, which means that each listed item can be also launched with the press of a keyboard shortcut. The menu items can be customized too, with dedicated options for colors and icon dimensions, but most of the options are very basic and require no advanced computer knowledge. The good thing is that Tray Commander works on low resources, despite the fact that its supposed to run all the time. On the other hand, it crashes on Windows 7 every once in a while, even when launched with administrator privileges. It all seems to happen due to compatibility issues, so further improvements are clearly needed. But all in all, Tray Commander does what it says and you don have to be a computer guru to take the most out of it. The app comes packed with plenty of features and, although a help manual is also available, most of the options are very straightforward and intuitive.
